Planted lettuce (jericho) & some arugula.
Forgot to mention starting cardoons http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardoons
a week or two ago.
Malabar spinach is not doing well,not sure what the problem is.
Next into the incubator: okra,hope to make okra pickles.
